I was tasked with finding a replacement for Creation Ministry International's (CMI's) ticketing system. Currently they were using osTicket which had many limitations. I coordinated switching over to the new ticketing system with as minimal down time and with tickets still continually coming in. In addition to the transfer I also had to solve several issues that required changing multiple classes in Resolve's code. Kayako's API was used to submit request through our website's submittal forms. I have also led several updates of the code base since switching over as well, maintaining the custom code changes made throughout revisions.
